Shipping policy

Colorado Custom Prints is a small local custom print studio in Littleton, Colorado. Most items are made after artwork review, proof approval, and payment confirmation.

Production timing depends on the product, artwork readiness, material availability, quantity, and current shop schedule. Any timing shown on a product page is an estimate until the order details are reviewed.

Shipping options and costs are shown during Shopify Checkout when shipping is available for the item. Tracking is provided when a tracked shipping method is used.

Local pickup may be available by appointment in the Littleton area after the order is complete. Pickup details are shared privately after the order is ready. Colorado Custom Prints does not publish a residential pickup address online.

For Colorado deliveries, Shopify may collect applicable taxes and required delivery charges when configured. Colorado guidance says the retail delivery fee can apply to taxable tangible goods delivered by motor vehicle in Colorado, and does not apply when the purchaser picks up the item at the business location.

If a carrier delay, incorrect address, weather issue, or delivery exception occurs, Colorado Custom Prints will help review the shipment details. Carrier delays are not the same as production delays.
